2. Refunds

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping: You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the item, unless the return is due to a defective or wrong item shipped. In such cases, the shipping cost will be reimbursed .
  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
